By accessing or using GlobeVis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
GlobeVis provides interactive geographic visualization tools, including visitor globes and audience visualization services.
The GlobeVis YouTube Globe allows YouTube channel owners to connect their YouTube account and create an interactive geographic visualization based on authorized YouTube Analytics information.
You may use GlobeVis only if you are legally able to enter into agreements and are authorized to connect any account, website, YouTube channel, or other property used with the service.
If you use GlobeVis on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Some GlobeVis features require you to connect a third-party account, such as a Google or YouTube account.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and authorization to connect and use that account with GlobeVis.
GlobeVis does not request or store your Google or YouTube password. Account authorization is handled through the third-party provider's OAuth authorization system.
The GlobeVis YouTube Globe uses Google and YouTube APIs.
By connecting a YouTube channel, you authorize GlobeVis to access only the information covered by the permissions you approve.
GlobeVis currently uses read-only YouTube Analytics access for purposes such as identifying the connected channel and retrieving geographic audience statistics for visualization.
GlobeVis does not use this authorization to upload, edit, or delete videos, playlists, comments, or other YouTube content.
You agree to use GlobeVis only for lawful purposes.

GlobeVis visualizations may be based on information supplied by users, websites, YouTube, Google, mapping providers, analytics providers, or other third-party services.
GlobeVis does not guarantee that third-party data is complete, current, exact, or continuously available.
Geographic locations shown by GlobeVis may be approximate.
Analytics data may be aggregated, delayed, limited, or modified by the third-party platform that provides it.
GlobeVis may allow users to publish, share, or embed a visualization on a website or other public page.
By making a visualization public, you understand that information displayed by that visualization may be accessible to anyone who can access the public page or embedded globe.
You are responsible for deciding whether a visualization should be public and for ensuring that your use of publicly displayed data is lawful.
GlobeVis may rely on third-party services, including Google, YouTube, mapping providers, hosting services, analytics providers, payment processors, and other infrastructure providers.
Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms, policies, and agreements.
GlobeVis is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, errors, or termination of third-party services.
GlobeVis may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We may also change features when required by technical conditions, security concerns, third-party API changes, legal requirements, or product development.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Some GlobeVis products or services may require payment.
Prices, billing intervals, and applicable payment terms will be shown before purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. GlobeVis does not necessarily receive or store full payment card details.
GlobeVis software, visual design, branding, website content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, these Terms do not grant you ownership of GlobeVis software, trademarks, design elements, or proprietary technology.
You retain ownership of content and accounts that belong to you.
GlobeVis does not claim ownership of data, trademarks, content, or services owned by Google, YouTube, mapping providers, or other third parties.
YouTube and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. GlobeVis is not endorsed by or affiliated with YouTube or Google unless expressly stated otherwise.
GlobeVis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobeVis makes no warranty that the service will always be available, error-free, accurate, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
Visualizations and analytics are provided for informational and presentation purposes and should not be treated as guaranteed, audited, or authoritative measurements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobeVis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
This includes losses resulting from service interruptions, third-party API changes, inaccurate or delayed analytics data, loss of access, or loss of business opportunities.
You may revoke GlobeVis access to a connected Google account at any time through your Google account security settings.
GlobeVis may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
